Welcome to Lancing Business Park.

Well that’s the summer done and dusted, let’s hope we still have a few warm days or an Indian summer would be nice as we move into the Autumn.

The next few months are going to be a very busy and important time for the future of Lancing Business Park. The BID renews in July 2018 and the preparation that’s
takes place prior to this is considerable.

The BID renewal involves working with the local and county authorities and talking to eligible voting members on LBP to understand what their views of the BID and which way you will be voting. Recently a town centre lost their BID as members failed to vote or express their views and the next day the CCTV was turned off, free recycling stopped and all the good work that had gone on stopped. Don’t let that happen to LBP. If there is anything you feel that the BID committee could improve on or you just disagree with the BID then please speak up now. Let’s sort out any problems that you have now so that we can go into the BID renewal positively.

I would also like introduce our new sponsor of Lancing Business Park, Kreston Reeves - a leading accountancy and financial services firm located across London and the South East of England. They provide a full range of accountancy, business advisory and financial services that I am will be of advantage to our members.

We look forward to speaking to as many of you as possible over the next few months, if you have any concerns (or compliments) then please do not hesitate to contact the committee. The easiest way is to contact the LBP Co-ordinator by email
