Adur Sea of Lights - Saturday 6th December

Can you help Adur Sea of Lights with any of the following items on the day?

10 Walkie talkies - otherwise they will using mobile phones, with the inherent problems.

100 Metal stakes - for hanging bunting on and potentially the lights.

Rope - to help cordon off certain parts of Monks Recreation ground.

20 Clipboards - required by the Marshals

40 Hi-Viz vests with our logo on.  Julian at Embroidery Workshop (wwwwearyourlogo.co.uk) has offered to supply and print these for £3.95 (+VAT) each (total £189.60 inc VAT)  Sea of Lights would like to know if there is a business/company would be prepared to pay for these and have their logo printed beneath the ‘Sea of Lights’ as a sponsorship deal.

Finally - if anyone could spare the time to become a Marshal for the afternoon that would be fantastic.  They would be used for the road closures along the route (stopping cars travelling along the route of the parade and walking on the parade itself).  A full briefing before the event will occur and safety equipment supplied (see above).
