Last weekend saw England (Shoreham Vehicle Auctions) come third in a convincing win against France (UK Pick & Pack) 6-4 , but the real showstopper for LBP was Spain's win against Argentina in the World Cup Final. Why?

Grant from Wheatley's Accident Repair Centre was crossing his fingers for Argentina, whilst watching the match in Paris after completing his annual Charity Cycle Ride, but to no avail as Spain won in extra time.

With Spain's win, the £1,000 prize went to ADDEV Parafix and it's what they did next that was the showstopper of the tournament!

LBP would like to thank all the companies who kindly supported the 2026 LBP Charity World Cup Draw as it raised £200 for Beehive Care, LBP’s Charity of the Year.

ADDEV Parafix was awarded the crown and in true royal style they said:             

‘ADDEV Parafix is delighted to have been selected as the winner of the Lancing Business Park Charity World Cup Draw, with Spain defeating Argentina 1-0 in the final.

Although we were all proudly supporting our England team throughout the tournament, we are delighted that Spain’s win has resulted in ADDEV Parafix winning the £1,000 prize as this provided a wonderful opportunity.

The competition, organised to raise funds for Lancing Business Park’s Charity of the Year, Beehive Care, initially raised a £200 charity contribution.  ADDEV Parafix have decided to transform this into a fantastic £1,200 donation, by also donating our prize to this worthwhile local cause.

We are proud that our winning team will contribute towards supporting Beehive Care’s important work in the local community, helping to fund the charity’s dementia care services and the valuable support they provide to individuals and families affected by dementia.

We would like to thank Lancing Business Park for organising this enjoyable fundraising initiative and for bringing businesses together in support of such a meaningful cause.
