Powel Automation are suppliers of machinery and technology exclusively to the concrete roof tile industry. Established in 1971, we currently enjoy the reputation of being leaders in our field, particularly in terms of technical innovation and engineering expertise.
Our range of equipment caters for every possible manufacturing requirement, from small manually operated machines producing just a few hundred tiles a day, to fully automatic microprocessor controlled operations with outputs in excess of 140 tiles per minute.
Powel Design - for your needs
Our innovative Design Office utilises the latest software packages for Solid Modelling and 2-D draughting. We can quickly create exciting conceptual visual images of tiles, moulds, machines, factory layouts etc. for discussion and customer approval.
The models can be downloaded to specialists for rapid prototyping and to toolmakers for creating CNC programs thus enabling reduced lead times.
